DIRECTOR OF CONGREGATIONAL CARE

The Director of Congregation Care will provide a caring presence to those who are hospitalized, ill, and/or homebound. They will facilitate health ministry, health education, and health referral needs of the congregation and will coordinate care of members through ministry teams and committees.
