Women of Grace - WELCA

Purpose Statement: As a community of women created in the image of God, called to discipleship in Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spriit, we commit ourselves to grow in faith, affirm our gifts, support one another in our callings, engage in ministry and action, and promote healing and wholeness in the church, the society and the world.

Bible Study: September 2011 to May 2012

To Follow and To Serve: The Gospel of Mark

Martha Circle meets at 9:30 am on the third Thursday of the month at the church.

Hannah Circle meets at 7:00 pm on the third Thursday of the month at the home of the hostess.

Please call Kay Schoppers at 334-1477 if interested in joining either circle.

Women of Grace are committed to:

Provide material to help all women grow spiritually by Circle Bible studies.
Provide education, inspiration and fellowship for the general membership through scheduled events.
Provide service at funerals, weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, and special events, as requested.
Provide Altar Guild service on communion Sundays.
Provide nursery care during weekly worship services.
Work together to organize and coordinate the Fall Soup and Pie Supper and Country Store.
